CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
UNLIMITED- These are constantly varied, high intensity, functional fitness classes. All workouts are scaleable to fit all levels of fitness.
ON RAMP - New to CrossFit. Reviews all movements and familiarizes people with CrossFit workouts and terms. 3 week rotating program.
ESSENTIAL MOVEMENTS - Focuses on function and mobility, not capacity. Promotes wellness. All levels of fitness welcome.
PRIME LIFE FITNESS - Involves varied functional movements developed to produce results for all levels of fitness and wellness for adults.
KIDS - Workouts and games for kids ages 4+. Promotes correct form, functionality, and fun!
