UNLIMITED- These are constantly varied, high intensity, functional fitness classes. All workouts are scaleable to fit all levels of fitness.
ON RAMP - New to CrossFit. Reviews all movements and familiarizes people with CrossFit workouts and terms. 3 week rotating program.
ESSENTIAL MOVEMENTS - Focuses on function and mobility, not capacity. Promotes wellness. All levels of fitness welcome.
KIDS - Workouts and games for kids ages 4+. Promotes correct form, functionality, and fun!
STROLLER WOD - Class for moms with kids. All levels welcome. Focuses on cardio, abs, and fun!
OPEN GYM - Complete a WOD you missed during the week or work on a particular lift or movement that needs improvement.
If you would like to try out a class for FREE, please come to any of our On Ramp classes offered at 6:00am or 6:00pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Show up 5-10 minutes before class starts so you can fill out a Drop-In Form and we'll get you to the right place.
