We are excited to offer you a new class called ON RAMP!  This is offered M-F at 7:00 am and 6:00 pm.  Movements will be reviewed individually and will be different every day.  See the schedule on our Schedule/Gym page.  This is perfect for new members, but can also help Unlimited members work on one specific move.  You can view the schedule and come to any class that focuses on a skill you feel you need to improve.  We are currently on week 3, since it is the third week of the month.  Talk with any of our coaches for more info.

We will be holding a TRIGGER POINT THERAPY CLASS.  It will include one full Trigger Point kit, study guide, DVD, explanation of the biomechanical chain reaction and 6 key performance enhancement points.  The class cost is only $150 (cost of the kit), we just want to teach you how to use it and give you the knowledge of how Trigger Point can benefit you.  Sign up at the club or call with questions.

CROSSFIT NUTRITION 101.  This will give you a simple, yet informative approach to nutrition.  Topics include a beginning diet for optimal health, nutrition vs. diet, diet's impact on your sense of well-being and mental sharpness as well as less fat and lean muscle.  The class cost is only $50.
