We are your Northeast Dallas CrossFit location.  CrossFit FX TX is easily accessible from the Allen, Frisco, Plano, Dallas, and McKinney areas. We are a wellness facility dedicated to helping people Unleash Human Potential. 

Our programs are designed to enhance competency at all physical tasks (Including: Mobility, Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy). 

Our workouts consist of constantly varied high intensity functional movements that can be scaled to any level.  Every class is led by a caring, certified, personal trainer to motivate and maximize efficiency in order to yield higher results.   Join the team and Unleash Your Human Potential!!

 ADULT & KIDS CLASSES EVERY WEEK DAY AT 5:00 PM & 6:00 PM and SATURDAY AT 10:00 AM.
