GETTING STARTED

Where is the gym located?
We are located at
1108 N Greenville Ave on the SE Corner of Exchange & Greenville in Allen.  We will be moving to 801 S. Greenville Ave on the SE Corner of Bethany & Greenville (just a few blocks south) late DECEMBER.  Suite 108 for CrossFit and CrossFit Kids.  Suite 115 for On Ramp, Essential Movements, CryoBoost, NormaTec and Corrective Exercise with Kyle Stull.  Suite 101 for Weightlifting.

How Do I try it out?
Come by the gym and try out ONE FREE CLASS at our On Ramp class offered at 6:00 am and 6:00 pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday OR Saturday at 10:00 am for a free, one-hour introductory session. No previous experience, no RSVP, no fee. Bring your friends and family too. Come get a sense of how we work.

 

How do I start?
Athletes new to CrossFit will start in our On Ramp class.  This 3 week program is held Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6am and 6pm.  Once you have learned all of our movements, terminology and other pertinant information to keep you safe and knowledgeable during your workouts, you will graduate into our Unlimited class which is offered 5am-10am and 4pm-7pm Monday through Friday.

If you are already familiar with CrossFit, you can start in Unlimited or Essential Movements.  If you don't know where you fit, just ask, we'll help you figure it out.  See our

What if I’m just Visiting Allen?
If you are visiting from outside of Dallas, you are more than welcome to drop in. We get out of town visitors all the time and would love for you to join us for a workout. We ask that you give us a heads up
and let us know you are coming.

What sets us apart from other CrossFit gyms is that we will make sure your movements are correct in our On Ramp class before we let you progress to CrossFit.  If your body has any movement pattern imperfections, we have our extremely knowledgeable corrective movement specialist, Kyle Stull, on site to help "fix" you first.  Check out the video below for just a glimpse of how he can help you.
