Thanks to everyone who came out for our 2010 CROSSFIT FX TX GAMES - UNLEASHED! It was an awesome event and we had some amazing competitors and wonderful volunteers. We are double and triple checking the times from Saturday to make sure our scoring is correct. Once we have finishing calculated rankings, we will post them on our Games/News page. Congratulations to everyone who competed. You all did awesome!

We are offering a new class called GET READY FOR SUMMER IN 90 DAYS! We will review nutrition including The Zone Diet and different ways to focus on fitness to get you in shape for the summer.
